Melanie Delehanty Smith, PE, is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer with over 17 years of experience in civil engineering and design for master planning, urban land development, stormwater facilities and infrastructure projects. Her experience includes master planning and conceptual design for projects of all shapes and sizes, including the QUAY Sarasota, The BLVD and a plethora of other master planned communities of over 1000 acres, to small 1 acre downtown mixed-use development sites. Melanie’s significant and varied experience has allowed her to enjoy many of her projects in the community she works, lives and plays, Sarasota, Fl.
